Ranch Cordova Town Center is located at 10801-10938 Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova, about 15 miles from Sacramento. The center was built in 1990, and is nearly fully occupied. The center is anchored by Target, and its tenants include Michaels, Radio Shack, Household Finance and Pier 1 Imports.
According to William Winn, Chief Operating Officer of Passco, the firm was attracted to the property because of "its superior tenant mix, excellent location, increasing popularity and improving demographics". Winn adds that the company will renovate the center with improved parking, landscaping and color schemes.
Edward Hanley of Marcus and Millichap represented both Passco Real Estate Enterprises and Center Properties in the transaction.
