Brazilian Food Firm Signs $715,000 Warehouse Lease

MIAMI-Newark, NJ-based Triunfo Import & Export Corp. is opening a new, 22,000-sf location for a five-year term at Deerfield Commerce Centre in Deerfield Beach, FL. The location will be home to about 25 workers.

The five-year lease is for an additional location, from which the company will distribute food. This site will house about 25 employees, Chris Gallagher of CB Richard Ellis' Miami office tells GlobeSt.com.

Gallagher and Harry Tangalakis, also of the Miami office of CB Richard Ellis, represented the property owner, RREEF America REIT II Corp., in this transaction. They were the only brokers involved in the deal.
