WHITE PLAINS-Two Chevron/Texaco entities will relocate their operations from the company’s former headquarters complex in Harrison to approximately 20,000 sf of sublease space at the Westchester One office building here.

Fuel & Marine Marketing LLC, a wholly owned company of Chevron/Texaco has signed a sublease for 17,321 sf of rentable space at 44 South Broadway. In addition, a related entity is expected to sign a deal soon for an additional 2,488 sf of sublease space at the building. The sublease space was formerly occupied by IBM Corp.

The two Chevron/Texaco entities are currently the last remaining operations of the oil giant to occupy the former Chevron/Texaco headquarters property at 2000 Westchester Ave. in Harrison. Once the firms relocate to White Plains, the only remaining occupant at the 725,000-sf complex will be Atlas Air, which has its operations housed in 120,000 sf at the facility. Morgan Stanley, which purchased the Chevron/Texaco complex earlier this year, is scheduled to begin a multi-million dollar renovation of the building to convert the facility into a data center and branch office. Chevron/Texaco has its corporate headquarters in San Francisco. The Harrison property was formerly the home of Texaco Inc.
