Located along the Dulles Toll Road at 11730 Plaza America Drive, Plaza America IV delivered just a few months ago. Others who have taken on space in the building include Dominion Engineering and the American Academy of Audiology, which will occupy 14,000 sf beginning this month.
A joint project of local firm Atlantic Realty Companies and New York's Intertech Corporation, the sprawling Plaza America multi-structure complex is a combination class A office and retail endeavor that carries a development price tag of $225 million. Tenants in other structures include DynCorp in Tower II and Cable & Wireless USA in Towers I and II.
