Law Firm Signs in Plaza America Tower IV

RESTON, VA-Plaza America Tower IV gets another tenant with law firm Harness, Dickey & Pierce's lease of 16,000 sf of space in the seven-story, 189,500-sf building. Space in Tower IV--which is part of 1.2 million-sf Plaza America office complex--leases from $33 per sf.

RESTON, VA-The new 189,500-sf Plaza America Tower IV building–the last piece of the puzzle in the 1.2 million-sf Plaza America mixed-use development–building gets a new tenant with law firm Harness, Dickey & Pierce’s recent commitment to 16,000 sf in the seven-story office tower. Terms of Harness’s lease are not available, but space in the structure starts at $33 per-sf for long-term leases.

Located along the Dulles Toll Road at 11730 Plaza America Drive, Plaza America IV delivered just a few months ago. Others who have taken on space in the building include Dominion Engineering and the American Academy of Audiology, which will occupy 14,000 sf beginning this month.
