Located at 2121 15th St., the three-story building offers 16,000 sf of retail space on the first level and 38,000 sf on the remaining top two floors, with Strayer occupying the majority of the office space. Jenco and Metro built the structure around the needs of the school, which has a 99-year lease on the property with Jenco.

"This is one of the few buildings in Northern Virginia that has been constructed without provisions for automobile parking," adds Metro board member William D. Euille. "In that regard, not only is this a Metro-friendly transit oriented project, but it is clean-air-friendly as well."
