$5M Metro-Top Facility Opens

ARLINGTON, VA-Construction of the 54,000-sf facility above the Court House Metrorail Station has come to a close and new tenants Strayer University, Suntrust Bank and CVS have officially opened their doors in the new space. Local real estate company Jenco Group and Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority joined together to develop the $5 million project.

Located at 2121 15th St., the three-story building offers 16,000 sf of retail space on the first level and 38,000 sf on the remaining top two floors, with Strayer occupying the majority of the office space. Jenco and Metro built the structure around the needs of the school, which has a 99-year lease on the property with Jenco.
