The award was for the 16-story, 111-unit Ocean Tower Two luxury condominium project at 791 Crandon Boulevard, Key Biscayne, FL. The award was in the multi-family residential, $30 million to $75 million category.

AMEC refused to disclose the construction cost but area construction industry estimators tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the project couldn't be built for less than $300,000 per unit or a total $33 million.

The condos sell for $350,000 to $3.5 million. The units range from 2,500 sf to 5,400 sf.
