The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Julien J. Studley Inc., specifically by managing director Jack Feeney of the firm's Edison, NJ office, and by executive vice president Mark A. Jaccom, senior managing director Peter Capuciati and associate director Joseph Messina of the firm's Midtown New York office. The owner of the building, Bridgeview Five Inc., was represented by Bob Vuolo of the Vuolo Agency, Parsippany, NJ.

"C3i Inc. installs software packages on computers that are distributed to sales forces working for pharmaceutical firms," according to Feeney. "The property offered everything the company needed to support its technical operations."
