Located at University Center at the northwest corner of 16th Street and University Drive in Phoenix in the Rio Salado River Park development, the facility will be leased to Maintenance Warehouse in a seven-year deal worth slightly more than $3.1 million.
Greg White, of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, represented both the tenant, Maintenance Warehouse/America, Corp. of San Diego, and the Tempe-based developer, Sun State Builders, in the transaction. Currently located at Sky Harbor Center in Phoenix, Maintenance Warehouse is set to move into the facility in May 2003.
The Home Depot subsidiary is the leading supplier of maintenance replacement and repair products to owners and managers of multifamily, lodging and commercial properties.
