The joint venture group paid Bonita Springs, FL-based WCI Communities Inc. $87,032 per acre ($2 per sf) for the dirt. The 8.28-acre parcel is on Alexander Road; the 3.21-acre tract is on Timberlane Drive.

The buyer couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline to learn what development is planned for the site.
