The company is paying $7.50 per sf, making the value of the lease about $480,000. In addition, the tenant has a couple of five-year options in the lease. The 180,000-sf shopping center is now 90% occupied.The property owner is Larise Atlantis Inc. of Fort Lauderdale.

Denise Maggio, associate, and Tracey Farley with the Asset Services group of the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented Larise Atlantis Inc. in the transaction. They were the only brokers involved in the deal.
