The property is located at 2333 Stirling Road in the Lakeview Center warehouses, a seven-building, 210,045-sf complex. The complex is 91%-occupied.

The five-year lease was a renewal. At that location, Xtramile, which manufactures swimwear, beach clothing and related casual apparel, downsized from 22,685 sf. Xtramile's parent company, The Brightwood Cos., is based in New York.

Harry Tangalakis, senior vice president, and Kim Gary and Pat Moya with the Asset Services group, all of the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the property owner, Equitable Life Assurance Society, in the transaction. They were the only brokers involved in the deal.
