59-Unit Low-Income Housing Project is Completed

MANCHESTER, NJ-Expanding into the housing sector for the first time, Paragano Construction did the project for Beckerville Associates on the site of former military barracks.

MANCHESTER, NJ-Paragano Construction Services of Cedar Knolls, NJ has completed construction of a 59-unit, low-income housing complex on the site of a former military barracks at McGuire Air Force Base here. The developer of the project is Beckerville Urban Renewal Associates LP., a local group.

The project included demolition of the former vacant military buildings, according to Sam Champi, Jr., director of construction and development for Paragano. Marking the company’s first residential project, it involved obtaining several approvals from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection because of its location within the state’s protected Pine Barrens region. Michael Mostoler Architects did the design work.
