Dominic Sabatini, president of Penn's Landing Corp., applauds the opening of the complex that spreads waterfront development "along the entire central waterfront on sites such as the newly cleared incinerator pier at Spring Garden St., and the former autoimpoundment lot at Pier 27."
All Dockside units have terraces and waterfront views. There is a full-time doorman and concierge, an indoor pool and fitness center, and secured parking for more than 370 cars.
Penn's Landing Corp. has announced plans for a new water taxi system along the river and "Ride the Ducks" tours of the city on land and on water.
Meanwhile, the corporation is also working with city officials to create a new plan for sites between Market and Walnut Streets.
