In addition to Oracle, Nissan Motor Corp. is on the building's tenant roster, occupying 25% of the 12-year-old structure's office space on the third and fourth floors. Speaking to GlobeSt.com about Deutsche Post's decision to relocate to the area, Fairfax County Economic Development Authority president and CEO Gerald L. Gordon explains that the county has, "the skilled work force a foreign-owned company wants to be able to hire when it comes to the US, and the location near Dulles Airport offers great connections to the company's other offices and mail terminals in the US and abroad." The county is home to over 220 foreign-owned operations.
