Cigarette Racing Team Breaks Ground on New HQ

MIAMI-Cigarette Racing Team LLC, a legendary powerboat manufacturer that has outgrown its headquarters facilities in Aventura, FL, has broken ground on a larger facility in nearby Hialeah Gardens that also will enable the company to consolidate operations.

“It’s called expansion,” Burt Weisberg, the company’s chief operating officer, tells GlobeSt.com. “The company has grown tremendously.”

The new location will replace four plants next to one another out of which the company operates now. The four plants total about 50,000 sf. The company also uses about 30,000 sf of outdoor space.
