"They're putting the final touches on it right now," Stiles spokeswoman Nancy Brusher tells GlobeSt.com.

Bank of America, the largest tenant, which will occupy 75,000 sf, signed a lease before the building's December 2000 ground-breaking. The building will house the bank's regional headquarters as well as a bank branch on the ground floor.

The mixed-use buiding is owned by a Stiles Corp. partnership, Fifth Avenue Partners Ltd., which paid $4.54 million for the land in May 2000. Construction costs for the project were $54 million.

Retail tenants will include Offerdahl's casual restaurant, a yet-to-be-named upscale Asian restaurant, J.R. Dunn Jewelers, Executive Style Cleaners, Ben & Jerry's, D&D Interiors, La Salsa and Mail Boxes Etc., which are expected to open this year.

Office tenants include Greenberg Traurig LLP and Premiere Business Offices LLC. In addition, the building has a five-floor parking garage.

Divisions of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp. provided development, finance, construction, leasing and property management of the center. Cooper Carry Architects of Atlanta provided the design.
