The building, located at the northwest corner of Sixth Avenue and Stevens Street totals 44,000 sf of floor space. Cotter, who also owns the Argonne I & II office complex in the Spokane Valley and the Old City Hall building Downtown, bought the building from Spokane Medical Building Associates.

Home to mostly medical office-related tenants, QualMed serves as the building's anchor. The plaza was 90% leased at the time of sale, according to Kevin Maher, who brokered the deal on behalf of the seller along with Mitch Swenson. Maher and Swenson both work for Tomlinson Black Management Inc. Tom Hix, also of Tomlinson Black Management, represented the buyer. Hix also has taken over building management from the Spokane-based Kiemle & Hagood Co.
