Insurance Firm Signs $1M Galleria Lease

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-MSC Life Insurance is coming on board for five years at the Galleria Corporate Center. The move-in is set for December into a 10,750-sf office in the 606,521-sf, mixed-use project.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-MSC Life Insurance has grabbed a five-year lease on 10,750 sf of prime office space in the Galleria Corporate Center, paying more than $1 million to join other prominent tenants in one of the city’s premier, award-winning office and retail locations.

The insurance firm will move into its new space at 4343 N. Scottsdale Rd. in December, joining other high-profile tenants such as American Founders life Insurance, Milestone Equity partners, New York Life and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. The 606,521-sf, mixed-use building has been upgraded with fiber-optic wiring and other amenities in a renovation project that converted the structure from a former mall to office and retail use. The renovation, which included a 129,671-sf retail space component, won awards for its redesign.
