Officials at Jacksonville, FL-based Flagler Development Co., the park's owner, refused to disclose lease terms except to say the leases were mid-term or about five years each in length. Rents are $5.40 per sf to $6.35 per sf.

The six new tenants are Marlin Showcase Co., which leased 65,794 sf of office/warehouse at 9851 N.W. 106th St. The estimated lease value is $1.93 million; Southport C.F.S. Corp., 26,300 sf at 11825 N.W. 102nd Road, estimated value $618,576; International Freight Services, 14,400 sf at 10125 N.W. 116th Way, estimated $338,688; TY & TY & TY Inc., 11,040 sf at 11700 N.W. 102nd Road, estimated $259,661; USA Carriers Inc., 6,000 sf at 11701 N.W. 102nd Road, estimated $141,120; Alaso USA Corp., 4,000 sf at 10100 N.W. 116th Way, estimated $94,080.

All of the tenants are based at the park except USA Carriers whose headquarters are in Fort Wayne, IN.
