Insignia Adds Indianapolis Affiliate

NEW YORK CITY- Meridian Real Estate Services Inc. is the latest firm to join I/ESG's affiliate program. It will operate as Insignia Meridian, and adopt Insignia's policies and procedures, operating platform and corporate governance protocols.

NEW YORK CITY-Insignia/ESG has formed an affiliation with Indianapolis-based Meridian Real Estate Services Inc. The alliance is part of Insignia’s nationwide initiative to establish partnerships in strategic markets without owning the operations.

“Meridian was a perfect fit for us because of its outstanding reputation and strong market position in Indianapolis and throughout Indiana, particularly for tenant representation, industrial real estate and multi-market corporate services,” says Dick Jones, Insignia’s executive vice president in charge of the affiliate program. “We have spent a great deal of time getting to know Meridian, and in working together on assignments.
