Jim Linn of Grubb & Ellis tells GlobeSt.com that Fairway was the developer of the building, which is in the Centre Pointe Business Park. Linn and Nigel Sout of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, while Autotech was represented by Ron Berndt of Told Partners.

Autotech, which has relocated to the building from Sun Valley, will use the space as a distribution facility. The industrial property also includes about 2,700 sf of mezzanine office space.

Valencia, Calif.-based Fairway Commercial Partners is an investment and development firm headed by Jim Backer and Rod Oshita. The firm is the master developer of Centre Pointe Business Park, a 240-acre master-planned project that includes buildings for sale or lease as well as build-to-suit properties.
