Ryder's instincts were right on the money.After receiving a $510,000 offer, seller MRS LLC of Avondale handed over ownership of a 2,300-sf, single-tenant industrial building and 1.6 acres of land at 10022 N. 19th Ave. to Greg Parillo of Phoenix.

Parillo will open a used car dealership on the property, located in Phoenix's northwest corridor. Estrella Homes, a manufactured home builder, which currently occupies the site, will consolidate its operations at another facility, Ryder says.
