The mezzanine, which is constructed of structural steel and lightweight concrete, was built to accommodate 27 new offices. It also houses a sales room, engineering department and plan room.
The Pacific Century facility, which stands at 40980 County Center Drive here, is owned by Temecula Professional Center LLC. John Blasingame provided project oversight, with Dennis Welsh acting as the project manager for Keeton Construction. Additional service was provided by Nogle Onufer, who worked as the architect and structural engineer; Three D.
