Foreign-controlled Veard-Winter Park Ltd. refused to disclose the purchase price but Orange County real estate records show the deal for the 177,360-sf property went down on Sept. 6 for $6.75 million or $36,685 per unit ($38.06 per sf).
Florida division of corporation records show Jon R. Veard of Lorain, OH as the general partner of Veard-Winter Park Ltd. and F&L Corp. of Jacksonville, FL as the registered agent.
State records show Veard's total capital contributions to Veard-Winter Park Ltd. since setting it up on Sept. 6 was $924,000. Veard has owned the property since 1994.
Florida Investment Properties is also registered with the state as as foreign limited liability company. Mark Sarna of Englewood, NJ is listed as the company's manager. Corporation Service Co. of Tallahassee, FL is the registered agent.
La Aloma monthly rents are $530 to $730 for 730 sf to 1,200 sf of living areas.
Robert W. Miller, a vice president in the Orlando office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented Veard-Winter Park. Miller tells GlobeSt.com his client instructed him not to disclose further information.
