Two New Tenants Close Off 35,000 SF at Lincoln Commerce Park

PHOENIX-York International lines up 29,556 sf in the recently completed first phase at the junction of Interstate 17 and 7th Avenue. It moves in Dec. 1 from a Tempe location. Air Tiger, coming from central Phoenix, leases 6,371 sf.

PHOENIX-Lincoln Commerce Park will add two new tenants to its roster in leases for more than 35,000 sf at its recently completed, 33.3-acre, four-building industrial complex at the junction of Interstate 17 and 7th Avenue.

York International, the nation’s leading provider of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, has joined Air Tiger Corp., a leading freight forwarding firm, in signing leases that will give the firms expanded space and a more convenient location. Come Dec. 1, York International, headquartered in York, PA, will move its metro Phoenix location from Tempe into 29,556 sf. Air Tiger Corp., which has 147 international locations, has leased 6,371 sf. Its relocation is set for Nov. 1 from central Phoenix.
