Willow Oaks III's First Tenant Takes 40,000 SF

FAIRFAX, VA-Willow Oaks III, the newest office building in the Willow Oaks corporate office park, gets its first tenant with Veridian Information Solutions’ recent signing of a seven-year lease for nearly 41,000 sf in the 182,600-sf structure. Veridian business unit Equient will occupy the space, located on the sixth and seventh floors, beginning in December.

“We feel Willow Oaks is able to attract top tenants due to its architecture, quality and prominent location right off the Capital Beltway, at Route 50 and Gallows Road,” says Janet Davis, senior vice president of marketing and leasing for Prentiss Properties, the building developer. “It is clearly thought of as an exceptional building.
