Universal Land Title, a West Palm Beach, FL-based title company, leased 2,011 sf of office space at 8337 N.W. 12th St. It was a lease renewal valued at about $177,000. For full-service office space, rents in the building are in the low $20s per sf gross. Both were mid-term leases.
Jose I. Juncadella, David Spillers and George Pino of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented the property owner, AMB Properties, in both transactions.
