Aon Services Corp. took 9,236 sf at 9500 Arboretum Blvd. Michelle McDonald and Megan Stutz represented Aon. Bart Matheney, David Putman and Trish McQueen, all with CB Richard Ellis Inc., acted for the building owner, Computer Sciences Corp.

With Aon in the building, occupancy is about 40%, Matheney tells GlobeSt.com. AMD Inc.'s Personal Connectivity Solutions Group occupies about 56,000 sf in the 187,385-sf building. CSC left the building last year for its buildings in the CBD that are part of the CSC-Austin city hall complex.

Over at Chase Park IV at 7715 Chevy Chase Dr., the Daughters of Charity Health Services of Austin leased 12,743 sf. Matheney, Putman and Jinny Hines negotiated for the building owner, WXI/AJP Real Estate Ltd., an Archon Group partnership, and Tom Martine and Mike Martine, both of Martine Properties Inc., represented the tenant.

The Daughters of Charity operate the Seton medical facilities in Austin. The hospital's information technology group is moving from Seton Hospital in central Austin to Chase Park IV, Putman tells GlobeSt.com. The 50,000-sf building's other tenant is Special Olympics of Texas, which leased 12,650 sf earlier this year.
