The developers have a strong track record on the site after they recently sold the SP33 building to pharmaceuticals company Schering Plough, and their new site already has outline planning consent for the development of 'Alchemy', a 40,000-sf headquarters scheme. A speculative start is expected in early 2003 with completion scheduled for Spring 2004.
