SECAUCUS, NJ-Footwear and apparel maker Reebok has opened a 6,500-sf Reebok Clearance Store at Hartz Mountain Industries’ Harmon Cove Outlet Center here. The signing follows other recent openings by Kitchen Collection, a kitchenware discounter, and Extreme France, which features European designer fashions. Tenants Perry Ellis and Marty’s Shoe Outlet were recent renewals, totaling more than 12,500 sf.

“Signing a tenant like Reebok does much more than fill space,” according to Hartz Mountain president/COO Emanuel Stern. “It raises the level of the entire center and brings in consumers who might not otherwise have come.”
