Two Office Leases Keep 25,000 SF Filled

HOUSTON-One consulting firm holds onto 15,600 sf in an office building at 8564 Katy Freeway on Houston's west side while another at 11811 E. Freeway in the eastern sector stays put in 9,045 sf.

HOUSTON-In a climate full of change, two Houston tenants have renewed for a combined 24,645 sf at separate office buildings.

Test Automation & Controls, a consulting group, signed a 15,600-sf renewal at 8564 Katy Freeway on Houston’s west side near Dairy Ashford Road. Randy Wilhelm of the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial represented the tenant. Robert S. Wilson of Robert S. Wilson LLC is the building owner and represented himself in the negotiations.

The Katy Freeway submarket has a vacancy of about 14% in comparison to 13.5% citywide. At the close of the third quarter, the submarket performed about average when stacked up against its peers.
