The new space is at 4140 S.W. 30th Ave. in Port 95 Commerce Center in Hollywood, FL. It represents an additional location for Vector which is based in a building next door where it occupies 40,000 sf.
The average asking rent in Port 95 Commerce Center is $5.75 per sf triple net. After this deal, the 134,877-sf commerce center is 55.52%-occupied, with 60,000 sf remaining vacant.
