Swan Island Industry Center is located on 6840 N Fathom on Swan Island. The lease brings Hoffman's four-building, 260,000-sf park back to 100% occupancy in a submarket with an average vacancy of just over 13%. Ken Boyko and Scott MacLean of Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented Mohawk and Alliance Partner & Integrated Commercial represented Hoffman.

"I believe this expansion can be attributed to the boom in the housing industry," says Boyko. "The housing sector is one of the few areas in the US economy where we have seen expansion. Falling interest rates and housing affordability have spurred people to purchase bigger or newer homes, which has benefited floor covering businesses like Mohawk."
