The new office, which is double the size of the Miami Beach location, currently houses approximately 30 agents. But general manager Andres Castellanos tells GlobeSt.com that as many as 100 agents will eventually sit there. Majestic Properties currently boasts about 110 agents.
The brokerage firm focuses primarily on condos and other residential projects in addition to commercial real estate.
