The pension fund administration firm, currently located at 1990 W. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix, will move into the three-story offices at 2400 W. Dunlap Ave. on Dec. 1. It will share the building with the Internal Revenue Service and several smaller companies, leasing agent Michael Sayre of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. Sayre said the move will bring the company closer to its employee base and provide newer office space for the operation.
Southwest Service Administrators will take over a portion of the 40,000 sf formerly occupied by Federated Insurance. In June, it moved to the Talvi Spectrum in the Talvi Business Park in Glendale, Sayre said.
Sayre, along with Tim Whittemore of Cushman & Wakefield, represented building owners, the Principal Financial Group, in the transaction. Mark Seale and Jennifer Bishop, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, handled negotiations for the tenant.
