Pension Fund Firm Relocating With $990,000, Five-Year Lease

PHOENIX-The Southwest Service Administrators will move into 10,584 sf to fill about one-fourth of an office emptied in June. The inbound tenant gets the keys Dec. 1 for Northwest Business Center IV.

PHOENIX-Southwest Service Administrators has inked a $990,000 deal on a five-year lease for 10,584 sf of office space at the Northwest Business Center IV in a move that will give the firm upgraded office space and closer access to its employees.

The pension fund administration firm, currently located at 1990 W. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix, will move into the three-story offices at 2400 W. Dunlap Ave. on Dec. 1. It will share the building with the Internal Revenue Service and several smaller companies, leasing agent Michael Sayre of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. Sayre said the move will bring the company closer to its employee base and provide newer office space for the operation.
