Lakeview Professional Village Nears Capacity With Recent Building Sales

MIAMI-WF Developments Inc. of Weston, FL, has sold two more of its buildings at Lakeview Professional Village in Pompano Beach, FL, for a combined $1.75 million. The company sold the 7,000-sf 12510 W. Atlantic Blvd. to B&B Lakeview Realty Corp. for $966,540, or approximately $138 per sf. The firm also sold the 6,060-sf of property at the village to Bear Trust Inc. for $787,800, or $130 per sf. Both B&B Lakeview Realty and Bear Trust will house their headquarters operations in their newly acquired assets.

Robert McCullough of Codina Realty Services Inc./Oncor International represented WF in both transactions. He was the only broker involved in the deals. Lakeview Professional Village consists of nine free-standing office buildings in a campus layout. To date, eight of the buildings there have been sold.
