Adams, Cooper and Marks, based in Minneapolis, provides a service that enables companies to process and collect on non-sufficient funds checks. The new lease is an expansion and relocation from another site in Boca Raton.

The company was able to take advantage of some vacant space to lease a large block in the deal, Mike Erickson, who represented I.C. System Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. Erickson is first vice president with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. He was the only broker involved in this transaction.
