DeKalb Realty's Levin Joins Sperry Van Ness

ATLANTA-The former owner/broker of the suburban Atlanta brokerage will be a senior advisor to the local office of the Irvine, CA-based commercial real estate firm. At DeKalb Realty, Levin closed 200 approximately transactions over the past 13 years.

ATLANTA-Matthew Levin, former owner/broker of DeKalb Realty Co., is the new senior advisor in the Atlanta office of Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness.

Levin closed 200 transactions at DeKalb Realty and has leased and sold office and industrial properties in metro Atlanta for 13 years. In a prepared statement, Sperry Van Ness regional director Stephen Hay calls Levin “one of the foremost commercial real estate experts in Atlanta.
