Some of the larger transactions reported by the Melville, Long Island-based REIT, include the relocation of Reckson tenant Oracle Corp., from the Reckson Summit property in Valhalla to 29,428 sf of space at 560 White Plains Rd. Mark Erza from the Erza Company and Harold Wagner of the Wagner Group represented the tenant in the deal. Also at that building, ENT Allergy & Associates L.P., a physician management agency, signed a deal for 12,495 sf of space. Other leases of note at the property included ALSAC/St. Jude's Children's Hospital signing a deal for 2,307 sf for its administrative offices and international advertising agency Saachi & Saachi renewing its lease for 1,740 sf. In total Reckson reported four lease deals totaling 45,970 sf at the 560 White Plains Rd. property.

At Reckson's Corporate Center property in Tarrytown, Ibex Capital Markets, a financial services firm, has signed a new lease for 8,577 sf of space. Scott Benson of Benson Commercial Realty represented the tenant in the deal at the 203,500-sf building.

In addition, Reckson reports it has also secured six recent lease deals at its 660 White Plains Rd. property totaling 13,977 sf of space. Most of the deals were renewals or expansions of existing leases, with the exception of Linde Holdings, which signed a new lease for 1,002 sf of space for its executive and administrative offices. Stephanie Bruker of Harper Lawrence represented Linde in the deal.

In addition to a number of small transactions at its 555 and 505 White Plains Rd. properties, Reckson officials also noted that Cyrk, Inc., an advertising firm, has joined the tenant roster at 580 White Plains Rd. by signing a lease for 2,640 sf and DLC Management Corp., a real estate firm, has signed a new lease for 6,340 sf of space there. Richard Leroy of Delphi Commercial Properties represented DLC Management in the lease transaction.
