Bromley Town Center Gets First Retailer

BRIGHTON, CO-The Bromley Town Center, a retail and office property in north suburban Denver, has scored its first tenant with the coming of a Valley Bank & Trust branch.

BRIGHTON, CO-Valley Bank & Trust has broken ground on a $3.7 million, 22,000-sf branch, and with it are becoming the first tenants in the Bromley Town Center in this city north of Denver. Bromley Town Center serves the nearby Bromley Park residential development and east Brighton.

Some administrative offices for Valley Bank will be housed in the Bromley branch. The bank will occupy the first floor of the building and the lower level. Located at the southwest corner of Bromley Lane and I-76, the Bromley Branch will be a full-service facility with drive-up and ATM operations. Headquarters for the Bromley Cos., master developer of Bromley Park residential community, also will be on the second floor.

“The bank is the first of a number of large and small retail projects we anticipate to announce in the coming months,” said Robert Lembke, the Bromley Cos.’ managing partner. “We are in various stages of negotiation with a number of very interested parties.”
