Dunne, who is the leader of CB Richard Ellis' investment sales team based in Stamford, CT. and Paramus, NJ, has helped arranged more than $4 billion in property sales throughout the Metropolitan New York area as well as in cities in the eastern US markets such as Tampa, Raleigh, Richmond and Nashville. Last year, the sales team completed more than $500 million worth of investment sales in the New York suburban region. Some of the larger transactions that closed in 2001 included: The Keystone Portfolio sale in Northern NJ, for $78.05 million; Avalon Pavilions Apartments in Manchester, CT., for $81.5 million; Talleyrand Crescent Apartments in Tarrytown, NY, for $61 million; Somerset Financial Center in Bedminster, NJ, for $53.5 million and Greenwich Financial Center in Greenwich, CT., for $26.6 million.

In 2002, Dunne has played a key role in a host of major property sales in the New York suburbs and East Coast, CB Richard Ellis officials note. Among the most notable deals include: the sale of Gatehall II, a 404,517-sf office building in Parsippany, NJ for $101.35 million; Ridgeview Apartments, a 416-unit townhouse community in Elmsford, NY for $70.75 million; 535 Connecticut Ave., a 171,102-sf office building in Norwalk, CT for $27.6 million; the MetLife Portfolio, a 115,979-sf four-office-building portfolio in Westport, CT for $26.5 million; Colonnade, a 564,708-sf retail/office complex in Birmingham, AL for $55.6 million; Boulders VI, VII, VIII totaling 277,491 sf in three office buildings in Richmond, VA for $32.175 million and Plaza 25 Apartments with 124 units in White Plains, NY, for $18.1 million.
