This project is Miller & Solomon's third with South Florida developer Martin Margulies. Most recently, the firm built both phases of the Grand Bay Residences on Key Biscayne.

Bellini is being built on 2.7 acres at 10225 Collins Ave., the site of the old Kenilworth House, a 30-year-old, eight-story residential cooperative. Demolition of the house has begun and is expected to take 60 to 90 days. Ground-breaking for Bellini is scheduled for the first quarter of next year.

Miller & Solomon's other South Florida projects include Miami Beach's landmark China Grill restaurant, the Portofino Group building, the Floridian Apartments and Grove Hill Condominiums in Coconut Grove.
