The new facility, which will house 30 employees, includes 6,000 sf of front-office space and 15,000 sf for a maintenance-and-service facility that will house the company's heavy construction equipment. The front elevation of the building will be an attention-grabber from the Palmetto expressway, according to Robert Arkin, head of Adler Group Construction Inc. This is the first time both Miami-based companies have teamed up on a project from development to construction.
