Adler Projects Mid-November Completion of $1.6M HQ Facility

MIAMI-Executives at Adler Development Inc., a development and construction management company, and Adler Group Construction Inc. say they expect to complete a $1.6-million, 22,000-sf industrial and office complex for PowerTrac Machinery’s headquarters the middle of this month. PowerTrac Machinery buys and sells heavy construction and earthmoving equipment worldwide.

The new facility, which will house 30 employees, includes 6,000 sf of front-office space and 15,000 sf for a maintenance-and-service facility that will house the company’s heavy construction equipment. The front elevation of the building will be an attention-grabber from the Palmetto expressway, according to Robert Arkin, head of Adler Group Construction Inc. This is the first time both Miami-based companies have teamed up on a project from development to construction.
