Inbound tenant, the Plaza Group, took 3,549 sf for its headquarters at the Millennium Tower at 10375 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase submarket. The 365,955-sf, class A building carries an advertised rate of $20.50 per sf. The 20-year-old building currently is 81% occupied.
The Plaza Group was represented by Sandra Bucharan of E.E. Properties in Houston. BMS Management used its long-term leasing agent, Steve Rocher of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office to broker the pact. The Plaza Group is an international petrochemical marketing company.
The Houston accounting firm of Lolley & Fontenot is moving from 520 Post Oak Blvd. to a 3,521-sf office on the second floor of Richmond Plaza One at 9800 Richmond Ave. Grubb & Ellis' Kristen Porter assisted Rocher on negotiating for the building owner. Mike Boehler with the Houston office of Dallas' Staubach Co. represented the tenant.
Richmond Plaza One is a 20-year-old, 176,066-sf suburban office building located just west of Gessner, also in the Westchase submarket. The building currently is 93% leased. Its office space is advertised at $16 per sf.
