The tenant, Financial Network Investment Corp., will continue to occupy its space at 3131 Camino Del Rio N, according to the terms of the five-year agreement. The deal is valued at $543,888.

Chris Powers and Jim Laing of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of Financial Network Investment Corp. The lessor, Equity Office Properties, was represented in-house.

A spate of small transactions, such as the Financial Network lease, has been buoying the San Diego office market in recent weeks. Another recently reported deal involved a five-year transaction at the Champions of the West Tower. According to the terms of the lease, which is valued at more than $1 million, Right Management Consultants Inc. will take 5,880 sf in suite 203 of the complex, which stands at 12264 El Camino Real. The firm is planning to move to its new location in February 2003.
