GRESHAM, OR-Four underdeveloped acres at the confluence of Stark and Burnside streets are slated for Rockwood Town Center, the key elements of which will be presented from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, in the Gresham City Hall Council Chambers.

The City of Gresham’s Scott Keillor tells GlobeSt.com the property is broken up into one larger ownership and several small ownerships. The property currently holds “a couple of small shops, a small hotel and a couple of offices,” says Keillor. One building, at 192nd and Stark, likely will be retained; he says, while the owners of the other buildings are interested in redevelopment.
